Brent got to go elk hunting thanks to Jeff. They only went for a couple of days but I hear they saw plenty of elk...and walked plenty of miles! :) This is the elk that Brent shot and then it ran right past the other guy they were with and he finished it off without realizing that Brent had shot it already. So they kind of shared it. Brent was happy to have his picture taken with it and then let his new friend take it home for the rest of the glory! Personally, I'm glad Brent didn't bring it home. We still have elk meat from last year. Speaking of elk meat...any one want some?!
