Christmas projects

Last weekend the kiddos had a sleep over with my parents. Brent suggested I get some of my Christmas projects done while there were no children to take care of. He even offered to help me! What a great husband. I picked the two that seemed easiest...and I think they were.

Brent painted this frame and we added the glitter for a shimmery effect. The glitter is hard to see in this picture, but it is there.

I painted the trees. The snow stuff was a little bit tricky. I didn't get it quite how I wanted it but it will have to work for this year.

It was a fun night. We set up shop in the front room, started a fire, and watched a movie while we painted! Two projects down five to go. Anyone want to come paint with me this week?
