"Reunion"

FYI: There are a lot of pictures. Just thought you might want to know.

The Don Welling family reunion was held last weekend. This is the only reunion that I have heard referred to as simply "reunion" and everyone knows what you're talking about. Well, everyone in the family. No one has to clarify which family you're talking about.

This year all the brothers and their wives, in Brent's mom's family, were in charge. They chose a hunting theme because each fall they all go hunting together to the same spot for a week or more.

I must say this was my favorite reunion. Everything was so relaxed, laid back, well planned, and so much fun. Maybe it had to do with the fact that I didn't have to chase small children because Brent's cousins took care of that.

Fun times. The pictures pretty much say it all.

Lots of visiting:

Don't mind the fact that I look like I'm dying...I was just resting and its a bad angle. Corbin loved baby Paisley.

Hunter's safety movie and matching orange vests.

Off to the shooting range for some skeet shooting and target practice

Jill brought this parachute and the kids had a blast playing with it.

The Uncles performed a hilarious "moose" song.

We had a tent putting-up contest

Frozen shorts competition.
The first person to get them on won the race.

Annual bubble gum bubble blowing contest.
Bridger was old enough to want to participate.

Trivia game
all about hunting

Fun times, and we'll do it all again next year!

How cute you are so pregnant and all!!! Remember when we used to go to the same Family Reunion at the Youth Camp every summer when we were kids? I wonder if they still have that one. . . Looks like fun!
