Woodshop Towers

Brent's class has been building towers out of balsa wood for a state competition in Casper. The past couple of days they tested them to see how they held up. The pictures are how they broke them. Brent built the contraption that held the bucket for the sand and whatever else they could find to weigh them down. Some of the towers actually held quite a bit of weight-175 pounds. Pretty impressive.

This video is sideways but you can see how the towers broke and the glass container held all the pieces in place.
