We've been busy

Thanks for all the advice on sleeping habits. You guys have some great tactics! I haven't had one of those nights since. In fact, he as gone to bed on his own twice since I posted that. We still don't have a set routine, but there are a few things that are becoming more routine and it is amazing how much it helps.
We've had a busy couple of days.

We bought a shelf for the boy's toys. They were slowly but surely taking over their bedroom. I think we have it under control. Since Brent can't lift the building of the shelf fell to me and Bridger.

Friday my family got together for a quick Mother's day party. Everyone was here except for Andrea. We missed you!

That is where the pictures end. Sorry about that.

Saturday we drove to Star Valley to visit with my mom's side of the family. It was fun to get together and see everyone. I wish that I could say we (Brent and I) helped get her yard ready for summer...but we weren't much help. Everyone else did a great job!! It ended up being a much nicer day that I had thought and the boys spent nearly all day outside without sunscreen or a hat. Mother of the Year right here.

Sunday we went to Brent's cousin's baby blessing and then to dinner afterward. It is always fun to get together with the Welling family. After dinner we went and visited Grandma Timperly (Brent's grandma) and then to Susan's for our family's Mother's Day party.

We were tired by the time we got home...about 9:30!

Yesterday we went to Rock Springs for Brent's Dr. appointment. Nothing new there. He goes back in a month to see her. We're hoping he'll be able to go back to work shortly after that. Who knows...we'll have to wait and see.

Today started with a lovely little jaunt of 4.5 miles with Julie and Tiff while pushing the boys. They have grown since last year and are not nearly as easy to push in their double stroller! It felt good to get moving again.

So that is what we have been up to. Nothing too exciting, but it is nice to be busy. Now, if we could get this wind under control...I know we live in Wyoming and we should expect it and not be annoyed by it, but seriously. It is driving me crazy! If it can't stop blowing, at least blow warm air! Ok, I'm done complaining for the day.

Why don't you move to Washington? The wind hardly ever blows here. When I go back to Idaho and Wyoming, the wind makes me crazy, too, because I am so not used to it anymore. What a fun weekend. Happy Mother's Day.
