What's for dinner?

The other day we went grocery shopping. Shocking, I know. The real shocker was that we had a menu planned for the next 10 days or so. I thought I would share it, in case anyone is in need of a dinner idea over the next couple of days. We buy all the ingredients (except the fresh veggies and bread) so that everything is ready to go and we can cook anything any day. I'm not promising healthy options, just what sounded good while we were making a menu.

Thank you for all the dinner options! I really struggle with this. Now, if you could just take a picture of, and post a recipe of your chicken tetrazini, chicken almond casserole, meatball subs, and chicken pot pie, I would appreciate it. I will steal them all from you. You're a wonderful, terrific, wife, mother, and homemaker. How I admire you. Maybe someday I will be you! Wouldn't that be great?

Do I sense some sarcasm, Emily?! ha ha!
Take these ideas. I made the chicken tetrazini tonight. There is a link to where I got the recipe. Just click on it. I added mushrooms to it. It would be good with any vegetable added to it. We liked it and my kids ate it up!
Good luck with dinner! I really hope this has helped you.

No sarcasm intended. I do think you do such a great job. And, I never know what to cook. I just want you to make it easier for me. I would love to see what chicken almond casserole is, though.

I made the Almond chicken last night. But I did it in the crock pot since I had to work all day. I just put the raw chicken in there with everything, and the rice uncooked. I just added about 4 cups of water. The only change I would make would be not putting the sour cream in until ready to eat. We thought it looked a little curdled. But it was yummy any way. Thanks Oh we live for the Wanchi Ferry meals. Kung Pao is our favorite, but I buy stir fry veggies and add them to it when I'm cooking. Makes it so much better.
