Cookies and Cousins

Saturday we headed over to the Valley to have a little family reunion, minus Andrea (apparently she had more important things to do;) ). Mom and Dad had all the fixins for sugar cookies.

We cut them out, baked them, and then frosted them.

The original plan was for all the kids to do these things. It quickly turned into their parents cutting out the cookies and Grandma frosting them with Bridger, Jace, Ashlee, and Braden adding some sprinkles here and there!

Here is a list of other things that we did.
  • Played in the mud, I mean pond
  • Ate pizza
  • Went to Busy Bee make and take
  • Watched a movie
Thanks for the fun day, Mom and Dad. Bridger is still telling people about it.

Ooo look at you. You went to the Valley. :) Ha ha. I'm kidding you know that right? It just read kind of funny/cool. It was funny because as a high school student/college student I thought I never would want to live in a place like Mt. View and then when we drove through on our way back East, the Valley was soooo green and beautiful and the quietness of the town made me totally rethink my previous opinions. Not that we'll be living there but you know what I mean. Now I'm probably going to wind up living in some place like Tennessee or West Virginia. Crazy.

I haven't seen your parents house since we were kids. It look sooo nice now. Big enough for a reunion, and a son, with 2 kids, who needs to crash there for awhile. What else could the grandparents ask for?
