Nap time project

Fabulous nursing covers that are homemade.

I whipped this out in 1.5 hours today.
*the one on the left only, the one on the right is one I made for myself and it is well used!*
Not too bad! Both boys were napping so I took the time to make something. The one and a half hours included about 15-20 minutes trying to figure out the sewing machine. This was the first time I had ever used it...and it has some quirks! They are all worked out now and I am really excited to be able to sew some more stuff. Nothing major, just my little projects that I like.

I love it!! I swear I am going to make one for my next kid and hopefully I'll be able to breast-feed longer. You are so crafty. I will sooo be doing crafts once this darn thesis is out of the way.

Way to go! That's awesome. I love making projects that don't very long, too! Then I can feel like I actually accomplished something...especially when the kids are sleeping!

Well, that sure looks familiar. ;) I clicked the link you have, and I used the exact blog you did. How funny is that? That's a good idea to make a second. Maybe I'll get around to it eventually...

Way cute! You are so good! I think these may have to be my next "crafty" project!

I guess I didn't realize you were becoming so "domesticated." Good job. Way to go! You are a champion!! I really think I'm like the only blogger mom who doesn't do crafts, scrapbook, or sew. Maybe I should learn, or spark an interest.
