First time

Eating rice cereal.

He's getting used to the fact that food can come in the form of solids. He wasn't so sure at first. Today we moved on to green beans for lunch. I really can't believe that he is old enough for solid food. It seems like I waited and waited for this day with Bridger. The day kind of snuck up on us with Corbin...seems like I always say that. Did time go faster with anyone else's second kid (or third, forth, etc.).

Helping mom cook.
Last night I was making Swedish meatballs for dinner and Bridger really wanted to help. He scooted his chair over and was trying to do everything I was. I finally gave him a little bowl, the left over crackers, and he found some mixing utensils. It was so cute to watch him try and make something. He even found a whisk like I was using. So cute.

Yay for solid foods! It was like that with our kids, too! With Micah we were almost counting the days until we could feed him solid food, and then with Mariah, it was like, "Oh, she's old enough, we can give her solid food now!"
