Thrilling Thursday and a wild weekend

Day four was spent in Utah. We headed down and ate lunch at a little dive of a sandwich shop and then found our way to Hollywood connection. It is a great little entertainment place for kids!! There is a mini roller coaster, bumper cars, spinning balloons, flying bus, carrousel, roller skating, laser tag, arcade, mini golf, snack bar, diner, and ice cream parlor. What more do you need to entertain kids? Not much!! We spent four hours and barely scratched the surface. Definitely somewhere we want to go back.
We decided to make a little trip so we stayed the night and let the kids go swimming. They loved that part. We just need to teach them how to swim so it is fun for us and not so stressful!!

We woke up Friday and headed home, did some laundry and headed to mountain view. The kids stayed with Grandma and Grandpa for the weekend while we went to Salt Lake for our own little adventure.

We picked them up today and I know it was a fun weekend because no one wanted to come home. They fell asleep almost as soon as the Hamblin honk was done. Thanks, Mom and Dad, for taking them and loving them so much.

That concludes our spring break. I think it was a success despite the rough beginning. Now it's back to school and the daily grind.
