update on life

Well, we're enjoying a nice wintery Wyoming couple of days. It has been snowing for two days straight now. We thought for sure we had escaped the winter...then we remembered January! I shoveled the walk twice yesterday. The wind had made some nice drifts. Some places the snow was about 7 inches deep-down to a skiff. Don't worry, I think we can still grow bananas in the summer.
Brent is helping to coach the 8th grade 'C' team. We still haven't figured out why it is necessary to have that many kids. They only have one scheduled game so far. The rest are just kind of 'if the other team has a C team we'll play' type of deal. He is liking it though.
Bridger is changing so much. He is much more alert and smiley. I can't believe that he will be 5 months next week. He doesn't eat his feet quite as much. The past two mornings he has woken up on his own and entertained himself in his crib for a while before he gets hungry. He is jabbering quite a bit now and it seems like he understands everything we say. In the past week he figured out how to roll from his back to his tummy. Everytime he does it he looks around like, what just happened?! It makes us laugh.
Other than that we are just plugging along.
Oh, just a couple of updates...Jackie is home and doing well. She goes to physical therapy still but is gradually improving. Mom said that they were so happy to all be together again. Even little Ashlee gives her loves. Braden is always much happier when his mom is home. That is great news and we continue to pray for her complete recovery.
And...my cousin Abbie got engaged. Congrats Ab. We're so excited for you.
Well, hopefully this will update anyone wondering what is going on with us, since all I ever put are pictures of Bridger. Don't worry, that won't change:)
